GIORE is a modular collection of tables with a simple, rectangular form, rooted in minimalism and clear geometry. The architectural volume is broken by an asymmetrical arrangement, where the tabletop is offset in relation to the base.
The offset not only defines the aesthetic but also enhances functionality, allowing for convenient placement against a wall and the creation of practical configurations using elements of varying heights and proportions.
Softly rounded edges balance the rawness of the form, introducing a more refined, contemporary expression. GIORE works equally well as a standalone accent or within more developed, rhythmic compositions across private and commercial spaces. The distinctly porous, grainy surface and rough edges lend the furniture a tactile depth — subtle discolouration is an intentionally designed effect resulting from the colouring process.
The low, elongated form — 580 × 780 × 330 mm — has a strong horizontal character that suits placement in front of a sofa or along a wall, where the asymmetric overhang finds its clearest functional purpose. The difference between the shorter and longer sides of the top gives the piece a quiet directional quality.
